We were approached by this client who had previous experience of running this business in Poland. Having started up this business in the UK, he utilised his expertise and got suppliers and equipment from Poland; polishing marble and granite stones, using diamonds, is expensive in England in comparison to Poland. Ultimately his wanted to revamp his brand and business and ensure it has a professional stance. He was renowned for his customer service which was also an element he wanted to further show through his brand.
This project started with having a precise strategy which started to the branding. We were responsible to create the whole look and feel of the business, from logo design all the way to the current marketing.
This client had an existing site which was not converting much for the business in the form of Pay Per Click (PPC), Payed Search and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Therefore our team sat down and analysed their current website, looking at the statistics and doing adequate data collection. From thereon, we had a strategy in place to put a website together and ensure conversion was taking place for the business. This new website also had to incorporate videos which our client took of their own projects. As part of the website making process, we changed the domain completely from stone-proshine.co.uk to stoneproshine.com.

After the launch of the website, we were then focusing on optimising their campaign altogether. Our client chose 5 keywords which were then used to optimise their business online as search engines would pick them up. Therefore with all of this in mind, a new aggressive campaign started. First aim was to get the business onto one of the first 6 pages of the google search. Within 3 months, it had reached page 3 of the search engine. From here on, within five and half months, this business was on page 1 of google search.

Now, Stone Proshine is constantly appearing on page 1 or page 2 of Google search. Before the campaign, the return for this business was 1% which has now, after the campaign, increased to 6%. This is something which we aim to steadily increase. We also write blogs articles monthly, and we are also currently managing their social network. Additionally, we have been submitting the business to google business and directories.
The main aspect of the process and progress we are making is the 3 weekly review we have with the customer, to enhance the our relationship with this client of ours.
